Notes:
· All prices are in Euro and are based on a stay of one week
· Shorter stays and weekend breaks are possible, please contact us for more details
· Changeover day is Saturday, other days are possible, please contact us for more details
· A deposit of 30% is required on booking
· Final payment will be required 4 weeks prior to stay
· A security deposit of €400 is required at time of final payment, any damages to the property will be deducted from this security deposit. If there are no deductions the security deposit will be refunded in full within one month of your departure from the property.
· The keys to the apartment are held by a locally based managing agent who are available to assist you during your stay
